What we collect

If you use the contact form

Your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you. Our legal basis is legitimate interests (answering your enquiry). We delete contact messages after 12 months.

If you click a product button

We add one to a count for that product and that day, so we can see which guides are useful. We do not store your IP address, set a cookie or build a profile of you for these counts.

Server logs

We have turned off website access logs for this site. Technical error logs on the server can briefly contain an IP address.

Who sees it

Contact form messages are delivered to our enquiries mailbox through our email service provider. We do not sell personal data. This site is hosted on a server in Manchester, UK.

Links to Amazon

When you click through to Amazon, Amazon's own privacy notice and cookie policy apply. That is how Amazon records a referral from our link.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to our use of it, by emailing enquiries@markadvanceai.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
